  1. Lie on the floor with your face upwards
  2. Hold the ball slightly elevated in front of your face.
  3. Throw the ball as high as you can.
  4. Catch the ball in the same position.

Triceps Worker

  1. Stand Straight while holding the ball as high as you can above your head
  2. Slowly lower the ball behind your back
  3. Elevate the ball above your head again.
  4. Repeat

This exercise works wonders for strengthening your back and triceps.
